But most people don’t know how to achieve it as they are spending every day running from fire to fire. Women are one group who experience particular challenges with balance.

When we have a healthy balance we experience several benefits. First, we have a greater sense of life fulfillment. We also have fewer health-related complications and stress-related ailments. Third, we have improved productivity (I love that outcome!). And finally we have stronger relationships. Even just one of these outcomes is a good reason to find that elusive balance in our lives.
