My mom sent me this yesterday and it has excellent wisdom! Not sure about the original poster, sorry. Thought I’d share today.

James 1:19 reminds us “understand this, my dear brothers and sisters: You must all be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry.”

Silence can also be a good parenting strategy!
