About Me
I encourage Christian women to push through the 'blah' season of marriage so they can experience a stronger, more vibrant covenant than ever before.
My mother was my first communication teacher. She taught me how to talk to others, even if I was nervous. From there, I ran with her lessons. I majored in interpersonal communication and finally earned my PhD in it. Since then, my passion has been teaching women how to communicate for vibrant, thriving families. In particular, I love showing women how to take their marriage from bland to breathtaking.
I’ve been speaking and teaching for over 20 years, both in the college classroom and out. A Christian Communicator graduate, my focus is bringing the Bible to bear on all our relationships. When we understand the intersection of research and Scripture, we can be fully equipped to thrive.

- 30 years of editing experience
- 40 years public speaking experience
